Kehilor Netaim

The Netaim Program, founded in 2018, is a unique educational and social initiative inspired by the values of the Kibbutz Movement. It offers a variety of educational and communal services to small Jewish communities around the world, aiming to strengthen community resilience through a blend of Zionism and Judaism as a culture.

Netaim fosters a deep connection to Israel, Jewish culture, and the Jewish people, forming a meaningful identity platform that bridges past, present, and future. Through a range of engaging activities, the program builds a living bridge between Israel and the Jewish Diaspora.

Today, dozens of Jewish communities worldwide participate in the program, forming a vibrant and shared global community network.

Educational Delegations
Short-term delegations of Israeli educators visit schools and Jewish communities throughout the year. These delegations lead informal educational activities aligned with the Hebrew calendar, designed for all community members, with a focus on children and youth.
Educator Development
The program offers professional development for teachers and coordinators of Jewish heritage and Hebrew studies. The training focuses on experiential learning that connects rich content with current educational challenges. Activities include curriculum development, professional mentoring, and enrichment workshops.
Annual Conferences
An annual professional gathering of educators and community leaders from the Netaim network. The conference includes peer learning, discussion forums, and dedicated working groups aimed at advancing both formal and informal education in the communities.
